Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Wren Freight is a Rochester logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
