Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
