Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Austin presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
