Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rook Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
