Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
