Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
