Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Nest Community Partners is a Oklahoma City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
