Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
