Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
