Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Meadow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Memphis plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 679 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
