Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
