Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Water Authority and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
