Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
