Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Bridge Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
