Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
