Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
