Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
