Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
