Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Birch Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
