Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Solutions is an agricultural business based around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
