Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
