Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Bright Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Fort Worth and nearby communities, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
