Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
