Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
