Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charleston, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
