Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Facilities Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
