Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
