Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
