Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
