Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
