Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Markets Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
