Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
