Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
