Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
