Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
