Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Forge Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
