Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Ember Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Denver plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 434 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
