Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Quill Energy is an energy provider in New Orleans focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
