Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Virginia Beach serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
