Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Birch Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 557 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
