Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
