Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
