Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Beacon Financial Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
