Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Providence serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
