Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Hollow Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
