Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
