Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Redstone Junction Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Portland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
