Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Nova Analytics and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
