Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Bright Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Portland with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 734 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
