Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Northwind Maple Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
